Basic Design
Following the client acceptance, Basic Design is completed in order to proceed with the project on the budgeted costs and resources as stated in the Concept Design. The scope of the Basic Design is to get the fixed price quotes from vendors, contractors, and suppliers. This is the foundation of order placement where the project supplies’ specifications are explicitly established and agreed upon by all the stakeholders.
This service by Lotus Group develops thoughtfully phased investment plans and even optimises them for clients such as those that are:
- Planning a grassroot facility in the field of Pharmaceuticals and Bio-Pharmaceuticals
- Setting a major upgrade or an expansion
Our deliverables under Basic Design include deliverables covering process and technical disciplines such as a project execution strategy, a master project schedule, and an open-book investment estimate for the project.
