Laboratory Setup
We have constructed an independent central quality testing laboratory for a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company campus. The laboratory is complete with areas for Microbial Testing, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Stability etc. It has been successfully commissioned in 2017. We were responsible for the turnkey execution which involved concept to validation.
Multi Product Facility
This was a old facility modified to new GMP requirements. They have Solid and Liquid oral dosage forms like tablets, capsules and liquid orals. It was renovated to latest GMP norms suitable for WHO pre-qualification. The facility has undergone various audits in due course and belongs to a multinational company.
Multi Product Facility
This facility was partially newly constructed and partially modified to new GMP upgrade. It has all kinds of non-sterile dosage forms like tablets, capsules, dry power suspensions, ORS in sachets and Ointments. It is operating successfully and recently under gone a WHO-Geneva audit for pre-qualification.
Penicillin Facility
This was a new facility developed in Africa for production of Penicillin. It was developed in record time from concept to validation. It is operating successfully since few years. The dosage forms produced here are Tablets, Capsules and Dry Syrups. It has undergone major audits and the company is a major exporter in the African region.
Sterile Facility
This is the first sterile facility for Small Volume Parenteral in Kenya. The facility shall produce products in 4 types of packing forms – Pre-Filled Syringes, Dental Cartridges, Large Volume Parenteral, Special Solutions and Glass Ampoules. This state-of-the-art facility was a turnkey project from Lotus. It is running successfully and completed with the highest standard as it produces Aseptic Sterile Products.
