Detail Engineering
Detail Engineering is carried out concurrently with the procurement of the project needs. Once the project construction has begun, this service will be a continuing activity. The Detail Engineering scope shall include but is not limited to the items listed as below:
- Detail 3D CAD drawings for HVAC, Equipment, Piping, Electricals, Furniture, and building
- Preparing GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings
- Vendor Evaluation
- Delivery Supervision/ FAT
- Checking of EDR (DQ), FDS, IQ, OQ protocols from vendors and getting approvals with respect to Validation Master Plan (VMP) for Direct Impact Systems (DIS)
- Execution of Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) support on-site for DIS
- Writing IQ and OQ reports, Deviation reports and changing controls for DIS
- System Compliance as per the international regulatory bodies such as WHO, USFDA, EUGMP, and more
- Commissioning Plans and Supervision
- Installation Checks
- Piping Installation Checks
