Job Description:

  1. To maintain, follow-up and improvise the quality management system of Lotus Technicals.
  2. Take monthly audits as per plan for documents.
  3. Take process audits as per plan.
  4. Coordinate with external auditors for inspection of QMS.
  5. Training and guiding internal auditors on a regular basis.
  6. Keep himself / herself abreast with the latest addition of QMS systems as per ISO standards and
  7. update the management on new requirements.
  8. Implement new systems as per requirement of company operations and standards.
  9. Ensure the QMS processes and systems are followed within the organizations.
  10. Ensure that the QMS stakeholders are trained on a regular basis.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Must have a good knowledge of MS Office.
  2. Must have good verbal and written communication.
  3. Must have good coordination and follow-up skills.
  4. Should be a good team player.
  5. Must be tech-savvy.
  6. Must have the Quality Management System’s knowledge.
  7. Must be aware of the ISO standards.
  8. Must have the Knowledge of Internal Audits.
  9. Should have attended the Internal Audits.
