Hygienic Water and Steam

Using an optimal combination of membrane separation technologies, Lotus Group provides water for injection (WFI), and purified water (PW) and pure steam. This can be widely used in production processes for medical devices and pharmaceutical products as our water purification system is reliable, safe, and pyrogen-free.

While membrane filtration and distillation equipment operate safely on their own, it is not the same for system components. Components such as reservoirs, heat exchangers, and piping need to be combined with the appropriate sterilisation system to supply the desired water quality. Our expertise helps in installation and maintenance of such GMP certified systems.

Our water and steam automated systems use Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Continuous Electro-De-Ionisation (CEDI), Distillation to name a few, to meet and exceed industry standards for USP-graded PW, pure steam, and WFI with a range of output capacities.
